About the Role:

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to provide exceptional service and ensure smooth daily operations within the restaurant. You will wear many hats, acting as a coach, trainer, problem-solver, and ambassador for the Huddle mission.


Responsibilities:


Guest Experience Champion:

  • Oversee all aspects of guest service, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient dining experience that reflects Huddle's mission.

  • Train and coach staff on guest interaction, menu knowledge, and service standards.

  • Identify and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations whenever possible.

Team Leadership:

  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that motivates and inspires team members.
    Lead by example, demonstrating Huddle's values and commitment to teamwork.

  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members develop their skills.

  • Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.

Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with the management team to maintain a smooth workflow and efficient operation.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

  • Ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene protocols.

  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory control procedures to minimise waste and maintain stock levels.

  • Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to established standards.

  • Coordinate ordering and receiving of supplies.
