Responsibilities:
• Lead by example: Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment, motivating and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service with a smile.
• Culinary mastery: Ensure consistent quality and presentation of our dishes, upholding the highest standards of freshness and flavour.
• Empowering the team: Train and mentor kitchen staff, developing their skills and confidence to excel in their roles.
• Inventory maestro: Manage food and equipment inventory efficiently, prioritising sustainability and minimising waste.
• Leave you stamp: By leading on a key area of the business, playing to your strengths, you will be responsible for driving excellence in that area, whilst supporting the rest of the team to achieve their goals in their areas.
• Safety first: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Beyond the plate: Champion our commitment to the local community and environmental responsibility.
