Find a venue
After a 3 year search we have found a suitable venue. 102 High Street, Lymington is a beautiful and historic grade II listed building, formerly a Bank. With a great space indoors for the restaurant, guests will also be able to enjoy a brilliant garden and, at stage two of the project, hotel rooms above.

Get a Premises license
A vital part of being able to agree to a lease is the condition that the building is suitable for use, which means we need both planning and a premises license. After a lot of meetings with Environmental Health and the Police Licensing team we now have an agreed license allowing us to open until 2am on the weekends!
